Professional Experience
Preston started his professional career with Deloitte & Touche before moving on to CGM Insurance Brokers (now CGM Gallagher Insurance Brokers) as their accountant. While there, he worked his way up to Finance Manager for the Barbados, St. Lucia and St. Vincent operations within the group. He gained his Bsc in accounting from the University of the West Indies and is CPA certified.
Preston returned to public practice when he joined Hobbs & Niles Co. in 2010. He is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance companies insuring that local regulatory requirements are met.
Preston is an avid squash player and competes in regional tournaments.
